Innerdance, or kundalini activation, is a sound & sensory healing journey assisting us to shift into heightened perceptions, deeper states of awareness, awakening the innate power to heal from within.
Music is used to support the activation of specific brainwave patterns that stimulate a waking dream-like state of lucid consciousness.
Perceptual changes and profound insights spontaneously arise from expanded awareness and increased neuroplasticity. Old systems of interpretation change gradually or instantaneously as a more healthy, healing, and harmonic energy takes hold.

The Inner Dance process helps us peel away the layers of our conditioned mental limitations. It can slowly reveal our deeper core principles and our primary reason for existing on the planet. It is this remembrance that ultimately leads us to evolve and to embrace a more harmonious way of existing.

IS IT A DANCE?
Innerdance is not a dance, even though spontaneous movement do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives you deep insights or realisations.
WHAT HAPPENS IN AN INNERDANCE SESSION?
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of your chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story!
WHO IS THE FACILITATOR?
This session is facilitated by Katya Nisser.
Katya has gone through the Innerdance facilitator training with Serena Olsen, who has closely worked with the founder, Pi Villaraza.
IS A LIVE SESSION MORE EFFECTIVE THAN ONLINE?
The simplicity of innerdance means it can be done by anyone, anywhere, at any time. Online energy activation works in the same way as a Live. Energy is not limited by time or space. It is possible to have the same experiences as in a Live Session. Some prefer Online, as they are able to relax and surrender easier in their own home.
